This website enables online booking of caravan parking spaces, electronic payment and access management to associated services during the booked stay.

2. General service terms

Use of the platform implies acceptance of these terms. The service consists of temporary booking of a specific pitch, online payment and activation of contracted services after payment confirmation.

Stays are booked in 12-hour blocks, up to a maximum of 48 hours per booking unless otherwise stated on the website.

The booking remains pending for a limited time while payment is completed. If payment is not confirmed within that period, the pitch becomes available again.

After successful payment, the user receives a private access code for exclusive services (toilets, fresh water, etc.) during the booked period. The pitch socket is activated automatically.

The user agrees to provide accurate data, comply with parking and environmental rules, not occupy more than one pitch and use services responsibly.

The operator may suspend or limit access in cases of fraud, rule breaches, non-payment or force majeure.

3. Prices, payments and invoicing

Current prices are shown on the website before confirming the booking. The final amount depends on the selected duration.

Payments are made by card or other methods enabled on the secure gateway operated by Redsys Servicios de Procesamiento, S.L. (Redsys).

The merchant does not store or process full card details. Such information is handled directly by the payment entity and the issuing bank.

4. Strong Customer Authentication (PSD2 / SCA)

Under EU Directive 2015/2366 (PSD2) and Spanish payment services regulations, most online payments in the European Economic Area require Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).

This site uses redirect integration to the secure Redsys payment gateway. In this model, Redsys transparently manages the authentication procedure, including EMV 3-D Secure when required.

In practice, your bank may request additional verification via password, SMS, mobile app or another security factor before authorising payment.

Redsys may apply SCA exemptions in legally permitted cases (for example low-risk or low-value transactions), always subject to final acceptance by the issuing bank.

We process personal data you provide when booking (name, vehicle registration, phone, email) to manage the booking, process payment, activate your stay, send the access code and handle incidents.

The legal basis is performance of the service contract and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell or share your data for commercial purposes. Data may be disclosed to service providers required to operate the service (payment gateway, hosting, email), always with GDPR-compliant safeguards.

We retain data for as long as necessary for the stated purpose and thereafter for applicable legal periods.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@lumbreras.parking.local, proving your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Cookies and local storage

This site uses strictly necessary technical cookies for session operation, security and language selection.

We do not use advertising or profiling cookies for commercial purposes.

You may configure your browser to block cookies, although this may prevent completing a booking or using “My access”.

7. Intellectual property

Website content (text, design, logos, software and databases) is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Reproduction or exploitation without express authorisation is prohibited.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the courts competent under consumer protection regulations.
